In the ICC T20 World Cup 2016, Pakistan played a crucial match against New Zealand. The match was very valuable from Pakistan's perspective because Pakistan have to win in order to stay in the ICC T20 world cup. In this all important match New Zealand won the toss and decided to bat first and post a good total of 180 on the board on a batting paradise wicket of Mohali.
In reply Pakistan took fantastic start due to Sharjeel Khan's Belligerent batting. After 6 overs Pakistan scored 66 for no loss but after Sharjeel's departure it seemed that Pakistan have forgotten the art of batting. Only Afridi raised Pakistan's hopes. After him no one resisted and just managed to score 36 runs on 30 balls without hitting a single boundary.
Ahmad Shahzad, Umar Akmal, Khalid Latif, Sarfaraz Ahmad  and Shoaib Malik only scored 83 runs on 86 balls at the rate 5.84 per over which is hard to believe and play a vital role in defeating their own team for which they are playing. In the last part of  the innings where teams tend to high their scoring  rate,Pakistan's top order  just gathered 36 runs without any boundary.
Now PCB has decided to make an inquiry team which look out the matter and will  decide wether it was delieberate action or not.If these players found guilty they would face some nasty charges. It might be the end of their careers. PCB needs to stand up because it is a national matter. These player get huge amounts for each match they play. Their salaries and other incentives are paid the nation so cricket is not their property, infact it's nation's property because we pay taxes for their comfortable life so it is their foremost duty to play for the nation, play for Pakistan because their identity is just because of Pakistan and there is no place in our team such players who only play for their own interest. PCB must punish such players strictly so the next players should learn a lesson from these players.
